We at CEU By Net want to hear from you!  And, yes, we do respond, seven days per week, holidays included!  The fastest way to reach us for any and all questions is by EMAIL. (We receive support request email wherever we are - even through our mobile phones.)   

Our Customer Service Hours are normally noon to 10:00 PM (CST) seven days per week, including weekends and most holidays. Technical Support is limited on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but urgent needs for assistance are always answered - regardless of the day.      

Although we do answer our phone, a written response from us by email is almost always better, for most customer support issues and questions   That way, we can quickly put a clear answer to your questions in writing for you.  There's nothing quite like clarity!  

We have a Troubleshooting page and a FAQ page, which have the answers to almost all questions and problems.  Have you checked those pages for an answer to your problem?  Try it!  Here are examples of things you will find on those two pages:

Our normal practice is to respond BY EMAIL to support requests within a maximum of 6-8 working hours (usually much less) between the hours of noon and 10:00 PM Central Standard Time, seven days per week including weekends and holidays. 

NOTE:   Also, for email communications, please provide a TELEPHONE NUMBER where we can reach you personally, if needed to resolve your issue.  We check our email many times a day, seven days per week.


Something Not Working Right? And You Urgently Need Help - Fast?

Yes, you can call us directly for urgent issues and for questions about course content when needed immediately. And yes, we do have a telephonic voice mail if we have stepped away from our phone.  The phone number is (214) 402-2001.  

HOWEVER, need_urgent_helpPLEASE NOTE THAT the BEST way to reach us for technical issues is through our Technical Support and Administrative email system  -  Email is our primary mode of communication for technical issues.   

A written response from us by email is almost always better, for most issues and questions   That way, we can put an answer to your questions in writing for you - and two hours later you won't be wringing your hands, saying 'Now WHAT WAS IT that she said?' 

We will also pick up the phone and call you in those rare situations where that will work the best to resolve pending technical issues.

AN 'URGENT' SITUATION?    If you have REGISTERED on our website or have PURCHASED a course and are having trouble that prevents you from enrolling in or completing a course - or downloading your certificate - and you urgently need our immediate assistance (like for a licensure deadline), please do this:  

In your email, please provide the information below:  


(1) your FIRST AND LAST NAME .... and if you have an Annual Subscription which is purchased by YOU OR YOUR COMPANY, please let us know that, too.

(2) your USERNAME (with which you are REGISTERED with our website).

(3) a PHONE NUMBER where we can reach you, and the time you are contacting us.

(4) tell us the SPECIFIC NATURE OF THE PROBLEM or your QUESTION about a course or a quiz response.

Our tech support will respond quickly [we will CALL YOU BACK and/or EMAIL you], barring national disaster or weather which prevents communication.
