If scanning the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages doesn't quickly solve your problem, CONTACT US by email or text.
Although we do answer our phone, a written response from us by text or email is almost always better, for most customer support issues and questions That way, we can quickly put a clear answer to your questions in writing for you. There's nothing quite like clarity!

Our normal practice is to respond BY EMAIL to support requests within a maximum of 8 working hours or less between the hours of noon and 10:00 PM Central Standard Time, seven days per week including weekends and holidays.
A written response from us by email or text is frequently better than phone contact, for technical issues and questions. We can put an answer to your questions in writing for you. We respond quickly.
We can also pick up the phone and call you in those rare situations where that will work the best to resolve pending technical issues, if you provide your telephone number to us.
If you have REGISTERED on our website or have PURCHASED a course and are having trouble that prevents you from enrolling in or completing a course - or downloading your certificate, please provide this information:
1. Your FIRST AND LAST NAME as appears in your account profile.
2. Your USERNAME if you remember it (with which you are REGISTERED with our website).
3. if you are texting, please also provide your email address for verification purchases.
4. Tell us the SPECIFIC NATURE OF THE PROBLEM or your QUESTION.
Our tech support will respond within 8 hours or less, barring national disaster or weather which prevents communication.
