Addiction Professionals: Based upon publication found on the Vermont ADACB website our courses are acceptable for LADC and AAP CEU Credit. Says VADACB,
“The VADACB approves workshops, trainings, college courses, graduate courses/seminars and distance learning (defined as education that is obtained via Internet), home study programs, and teaching other professionals in VADACB-approved courses. Hereafter, these will be referred to as “course/CEU/training.” Course/CEU/training may be approved for initial certification to fulfill the substance abuse-specific course/CEU/training requirement or the counseling theory and practice course/CEU/training requirement or the ethics requirement. Course/CEU/training may also be approved for recertification. Courses must be approved by VADACB, IC&RC, an IC&RC member board, or NAADAC.”
CEU By Net is a licensed CE provider for an IC&RC Member Board – Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals (TCBAP); we are TCBAP-TAAP Provider #1877-12. TCBAP’S association arm is Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (TAAP) which is NAADAC approved. And so we are covered in both areas. You should have no difficulty obtaining credit for our courses.

Note re CE for Rostered Psychotherapists: "5.7 Continuing Education for Rostered Psychotherapists Vermont law does not mandate continuing education for psychotherapists. Psychotherapists are encouraged to expand their professional education and skills by participating in continuing education, both formal and informal. Practitioners are reminded that providing services which one is not qualified to provide, or which are beyond the scope of his or her education, training, capabilities, experience, or scope of practice can be a failure to practice competently and unprofessional conduct."
CEU By Net's courses may assist Rostered Psychotherapists in demonstrating adequate training.
