State Approvals For Pennsylvania

- Social Workers

- Clinical Social Workers

- Marriage and Family Therapists

- Professional Counselors

- Addiction Counselors

If you are an addiction professional whose board accepts NAADAC or IC&RC or NBCC or EACC or another State Board's approval, you can take our courses.  We are a licensed CE Provider for all of those qualifying entities.

For Mental Health licenses, YES, our CE Credit Hours are approved for all licenses above - based upon our NBCC ACEP #6338 status.  See the specific statutory references for each profession, below.

NOTE for all:
PA regulations limit 'home study' to 20 hours.  The issue is, how do they define 'home study,' and does our online program fall under that definition?

Our program is NOT TRADITIONAL HOME STUDY or CORRESPONDENCE study. It is INTERACTIVE Computer-Based learning. What do we mean by that?  Each quiz can be taken as many times as needed to pass with 75% correct. When the quiz has been successfully passed, our system uses INTERACTIVE ON-SCREEN technology to give you immediate feedback as to the question(s) you missed, the correct answer to the question(s), and the incorrect answer you gave.  You can print that page if you choose.

This is how most states define 'Interactive Computer-Based Learning', but not all states define it this way.  Pennsylvania may be one of those states.

If your state defines 'Interactive' as sitting in the room with the presenter, OR viewing live seminars and presentations on a computer through which you are connected to a live speaker by Skype or phone AND are able to dialogue in real time with that speaker, then what we offer is - in the view of your board - 'Home Study.'

If that is the case, you can earn 20 hours of  CE Credit from CEU By Net per renewal cycle.
